A Little Help Finding Your Way

Many seek help when they feel stuck, lost, or when they keep finding themselves repeating results and situations that don’t seem to align with who they are. Trust me, I’ve been there… From supporting my mom through five (yes, five!) bouts of cancer, to making my way out of an 8 year co-dependent relationship with an alcoholic, I am living proof that you CAN find freedom and joy.

I draw on these, and many other, life experiences, my natural instinct and intuition, as well as almost twenty years teaching in the mind-body field to meet, encourage and guide you as a whole being. My approach weaves together mindfulness-based exercises, yoga philosophy and practice, and a whole lot of love and support to encourage you on your journey back home.

Investment

All of my services are priced on a sliding scale, which means I suggest a price range rather than a fixed number. I understand there may be times when you may need to pay less or you are inclined to pay more. I want to help and I’m willing to work with you, as long as it’s within reason, to make this accessible. Please note: if I feel you are taking advantage of or abusing this arrangement, I reserve the right to terminate the relationship.

Initial Intake

Our first session is an hour discussion over the phone. This allows us to connect and gives me the chance to understand what you’re going through and where you want to go. After our conversation I spend about an hour to 90 minutes, reflecting on our discussion and writing up homework for you to work with in the coming weeks. Price: $150-$250.

Follow Ups

By Phone: Follow up conversations on the phone can be at previously agreed upon intervals, and/or scheduled as needed, depending on your situation. Expect to spend an hour on the phone, discussing whatever is relevant for you in the moment, allowing it to unfold organically. Price: $65-$85

By E-Mail: Check-ins and questions via e-mail can vary greatly in terms of response. For in-depth responses, with things like new homework exercises added, and/or a clear accounting of the answers to your current questions, I always create a professional, detailed .pdf for your records. Other times you’ll just need a quick response, without any more written record than the response itself. Because of this varied time, I price my fees in 15 minute blocks and charge based on the amount of time I spend responding. (I promise I won’t lollygag, but I will be thoughtful and thorough). Price per each 15 minutes: $10-$20
